(I'll work on claims, siggy, posting borer thingy, ect, after this post)
Rosencratz had just recently arrived in Verona Beach and already he had his first assignment from his boss Claudius. This assignment was very simple and probably given to him just to see how effective he could be in the future and how much he could trust the man. He was told to head to the main office building of the Montague, the ugly one that looks like it hasn’t been renovated in over one hundred years and is about to rust completely over. There around the main office building he was to try to cause some sort of chaos at the front without making it looks like the Capulet’s fault. Nobody was to be obviously harmed. This was a fun assignment for Rosencratz though because it gave him a chance to do what he did best: cause anarchy.
Getting a fold up table and a couple of chairs that he could carry under his arm Rosencratz headed over to the building during the afternoon rush hour traffic of the day while everyone was trying to head back home to their families after a long day of getting yelled at by goons like himself, except that worked for the Montagues. Although in one hand was the fold up chairs and table, in his other hand was hot tea in a very fancy piece of china. The pot was blue and white with a gold tint along the opening at the top and the nozzle as if it was used specifically for important occasions only. The cups has the same fancy blue and white design over it with the rim of the two cups also having the same type of gold rim over them.
Walking down the busy sidewalk in the area of the front entrance to the large building, people seemed to just ignore his random presence of objects as they tried to get home. Then walking up to the busy street as cars zoomed by he waited for the light to change red so there was a break in the street. As the light turned red and no cars passed Rosencratz quickly unfolded the table to sit on the street, rested the teapot and cups on the table, and finally folded out the two chairs on opposite ends. He sat at one end and the other chair remained sitting there open, as if he was waiting for somebody to come by and occupy the vacant seat.
Pouring himself a cup of tea carefully at the same time the light turned green and a motorist in a rush almost drove right into Rosencratz seat before slamming on his breaks and stopping an inch away from him. Rosencratz tried to pretend to not notice any of this but couldn’t help but to giggle at the chaos that started to unfold. The one driver peaked his head out the window and started to yell at Rosencratz, shaking his fist angrily, and other drivers behind him wanting to move as well honked their horns profusely thinking it would make a different and start to clear traffic up. Although one lane was still open, the fact that he occupied one whole lane still caused enough disorder that people were swearing at him and a crowd started to gather and watch in confusion, as if waiting for something to happen. Rosencratz on the other hand ignores all of them and continued to sip on his tea.
